Dr Min Wang is a research associate in Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). He started his PhD in the University of Birmingham in Sept. 2012, and obtained PhD at Swansea university in Oct. 2015. Then, Dr Wang did two and half years research in computational geomechanics as an analysis developer at Rockfield Software Ltd before moving to LANL. His research interests include 1) Computational mechanics, like FEM, DEM, LBM, combined FEMDEM; 2) Mechanical-seepage-mass coupling, hydraulic fracture and sand production in petroleum engineering; 3) Experimental and theoretical geomechancs. |
