Poverty Reduction Effects of Industrial Structure and Fiscal Expenditure Structure--Theoretical analysis based on ethnic autonomous states and prefecture-level cities in Yunnan Province

Abstract


Based on the unique geographical characteristics of 16 prefectures and the concentration of ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province,based on a review of relevant literature,this paper investigates the differences between prefectures and prefecture-level cities in the concentration of ethnic minorities in terms of the effects of industrial structure optimization and fiscal expenditure on rural per capital disposable income and relative poverty.
