At present, the development of China's bond market is becoming more and more mature. However, with the continuous expansion of bond trading scale and the innovation of bond products, the risks existing in the transaction are also gradually increasing. Therefore, financial institutions, as the main investors in the bond market, should pay more attention to the measurement and avoidance of risks. Credit spread is an indicator of risk measurement. This paper compares the credit spread of four kinds of bonds through the statistics of their yields, and makes a simple analysis of their risks. Moreover, some suggestions are put forward for the bond investment of financial institutions, which may help them better avoid risks and make reasonable bond investment. |

Due to the relatively inconvenient traffic conditions on Mount Putuo Island in Zhoushan City, commercial banks faced the problems of long cash escort routes, potential risks in social management and many uncertain factors after the banks setting up their institutions on the island. The island is relatively independent and rich in tourism resources. With the construction of the comprehensive bonded zone, Putuo's economic development has been continually developing, and the amount of cash withdrawal has increased significantly. Therefore, Mount Putuo Island Commercial Banking Institutions were selected to conduct a field survey. This article analyzes the specific situation of internal cash receipts and payments, and cash transfers with islands outside the island, and the major risks faced by various financial institutions operating on the island, and analyze how to solve the problem in combination with the existing environmental situation in Zhoushan City method. |

Agricultural informatization is of great significance to the development of rural areas and agriculture, and is closely related to farmers. The effect of short selling mechanism is remained to be discussed as the conjecture regulators regard it as the cause of stock crash, while numerous previous studies have shown the external corporate governance effect of short selling which could supervise and monitor the behaviors of managements by reducing information asymmetries and agency costs. By reviewing the precious researches on the short selling, the findings of this study are that besides short selling could improve the informativeness of stock pricing, it also acts as external corporate governor and innovation motivator to develop the overall value and innovation performance of firms. |
