Exploration of Application Strategies of Service Leadership Theory in University Academic Affairs Offices

Abstract


This study aims to explore the application and strategies of servant leadership theory in university academic affairs offices. Based on the work characteristics and needs of university academic affairs offices, a series of specific application strategies are proposed, including establishing a service-oriented organizational culture, strengthening communication and feedback mechanisms, paying attention to employee development and growth, promoting teamwork and innovation, etc. These strategies help to improve the management level and service quality of university academic affairs offices, and promote the smooth development of education and teaching work.
