Design of Centralized Control System for Turnouts in Railway Locomotive Depots Based on PLC

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the basic principle, hardware structure and software design of a centralized switch control system for railway locomotive depot based on PLC. In the software design part, introduces the programming of the main modules of the system in detail. This control system can end the inefficient operation mode of manually pulling turnouts, meets the requirements of automatic operation in locomotive depot, greatly improves the operation efficiency, is worth popularizing.
