Abstract

Using Phosphorus Slag as Auxiliary Cementitious Material, Partially Replace Fly Ash to Prepare Machine-Made Sand Self-Compacting Concrete, and Optimize Its Mix Proportion. Research on Engineering Application of Self-compacting Concrete Road Retaining Structure with Phosphorus Slag, the results show that phosphorus slag powder can replace fly ash properly to improve the working performance of self-compacting concrete with the increase of phosphorus slag content concrete 7d strength decreases gradually, its 28d strength increases first and then decreases, when the content mass fraction is 25% to reach the best. The best coarse and fine aggregate ratio of phosphorus slag self-compacting rock fill concrete is 8:2, and the best volume ratio of machine-made sand is 46%. Concrete retaining structure constructed with C30 phosphorus slag self-compacting rock fill concrete, its appearance quality, its strength and technical and economic benefits are better than ordinary concrete. Phosphorus slag self-compacting rock fill concrete not only realizes the recycling of waste phosphorus slag, but also improves the stability of road retaining structures.
