The Discussion on English Teaching Strategies in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Project Teaching Method

Abstract


There are still some problems in the current higher vocational English teaching. We should pay attention to the application of new teaching methods, to improve the English teaching quality and promote the English teaching reform and innovation. In the practice of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, the project teaching method is one of the effective approaches. This paper introduces the connotation of the project teaching method, analyzes the current situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges and explores the effective application strategies of the project teaching method in English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
