The Analysis of IELTS Teaching Mode in International Cooperative Education Program

Abstract


At present, our country has already carried out the program of Chinese-foreign cooperative running schools for a period of time. From the perspective of both cooperative background and the effect of specific cooperation, the requirement of English level is much higher. In other words, the requirement aiming at English teaching is relatively strict in most of our country’s Chinese-foreign cooperation projects. Qualified foreign language level is an initial foundation for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools project. Under the situation that students' foreign language level is up to standard can make our students participate deeply in relevant foreign cooperation teaching project, which is the key to ensuring the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative teaching mode. Therefore, in order to realize the continuous improvement of Chinese students' English proficiency, it is necessary to reform and innovate international cooperative teaching mode and promote effective development of international cooperative teaching mode of English teaching. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of IELTS teaching in China, reflects the main problems and explores the effective development path of IELTS teaching mode under the international cooperative education programs.
