Cailian Shi

Abstract

Most of the secondary vocational school students are the students who failed the high school entrance examination and their physical and mental development has not been sound, which is the special object of problem behavior. Mental health problems of secondary vocational students have drawn extensive attention from the industry and academia. A large number of empirical studies have shown that sleep quality is a significantly related factor affecting adolescent behavior. However, no scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the correlation between sleep quality of adolescents, negative sexual life events and problem behaviors. Therefore, by analyzing the sleep quality and mental health status of secondary vocational students, this paper aims to explore the comprehensive factors affecting the physical and mental health of secondary vocational students from the perspective of the overall study, so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for promoting the healthy growth and comprehensive development of secondary vocational students.
