Study on the Effect of Improving the Teaching and Education of Ice Class in Northern Universities

Abstract


Ice teaching is one of the main courses in winter in northern colleges and universities. It is the seasonal course, special course and compulsory course in physical education teaching. Ice class can not only improve the college students' sports ability, but also can train their indomitable courage and the will to resist setbacks. This article analyzed from the aspects of students, teachers and teaching factors that influence the ice class teaching effect including the four aspects of students ' interest in learning, innovation teaching methods, set up the mechanism of the combination of quantitative and qualitative assessment, improve the teaching level of teachers and so on, points out the practical measures to improve the effect of the ice class teaching and education.
