Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Model
Abstract
Apprenticeship has a new connotation under the background of higher vocational education. Modern apprenticeship, which emphasizes the all-round development and sustainable development of people, is a major innovation in the cultivation mode of combining work with study. This paper mainly discusses the connotation of modern apprenticeship, analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship, and puts forward some suggestions for these problems.
