Modularization: A Career Bifurcated Response Strategy for College Teachers
Abstract
From the fork of university teacher's career, this paper analyzes all kinds of interesting things about teacher's transfer. The method of decision tree is introduced from bifurcation. And the simplification and optimization of the decision tree are solved by modularization, and the natural and social properties of modularization are analyzed. It is pointed out that modularization is a new effective method to solve the bifurcation of teachers'profession.
