Risk of Overseas Investment of State-owned Enterprises and Its Prevention Mechanism

Abstract


At present, many domestic state-owned enterprises have increased their overseas investment, which has led to an increase in the scale of overseas assets. However, with the deepening of the overseas investment process, the risks and difficulties faced by state-owned enterprises in overseas investment projects are also increasing. This article focuses on discussing and studying the main risks and preventive measures faced by state-owned enterprises in overseas investment.
