Analysis on the Construction of " Belt and Road" and the Cultivating Methods of Technical and Skilled Talents

Abstract

Since the advocating of " Belt and Road" initiative was proposed and implemented, the trade, communication and exchanges between China and countries and regions along the routes have been continuously deepened, effectively promoting economic growth and cultural enrichment. Therefore, the party and the country pay more attention to and promote the construction of " Belt and Road", which is a national strategy of China. Under the influence of " Belt and Road", various industries and school education in China are also affected to some extent, especially in the aspect of the construction of talents in colleges and universities, facing new development requirements and opportunities. This paper mainly discusses the construction of " Belt and Road" and the cultivating methods of technical talents, analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the current vocational education under the construction of " Belt and Road", and explores the effective ways to cultivate technical and skilled talents according to the changes and demands of the time.
