Research on the Training Mode of Chinese and German Automobile Electromechanical Workers

Abstract

With the rapid development of China 's automotive market, the demand for automotive mechanical and electrical engineering professionals is also increasing. The ministry of education of China and Germany jointly launched the Sino-German cooperation project on the training of automobile mechanical and electrical workers. On the premise of fully learning Germany's technical advantages in the field of automobiles, it is also necessary to establish the training mode system of localized automobile mechanical and electrical workers that meets the needs of China's automobile maintenance industry. Based on the training status of automotive mechanical and electrical engineering professionals in colleges and universities, combined with the existing problems in the talent training mode, this paper studies the localization reform strategy of the training mode of Chinese and German automotive mechanical and electrical workers, so as to train more skilled automotive mechanical and electrical engineering professionals of higher quality for the motherland.
