Abstract

Strengthening the construction of teaching team is an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality of courses in disciplines, specialties, colleges and even universities. To build a scientific teaching team is to build a well-structured, sharing, innovative and development-oriented teaching team with scientific research ability. This will help achieve the goal of putting people first, enriching course resources, exploring hybrid teaching models, creating online top quality courses, and ultimately turning Shihezi University econometrics into a first class university course, it has the function of demonstration and radiation to the development of other courses in the university.
