Innovation and Research on Employment Guidance Courses in the New Era

Abstract


As people pay more attention to education, more and more people are receiving higher education, which has caused a series of employment and unemployment problems of college students. Employment guidance courses in colleges are directly related to the employment of college students. In order to further meet the employment needs of college students in the new era, college employment guidance courses need to re-examine the existing education model and provide college students with better employment advice and assistance. This article starts from the analysis of the current situation of employment guidance courses in colleges and universities, focusing on the innovation and research of employment guidance courses in the new era, hoping to further improve the teaching effectiveness of employment guidance courses in universities and promote better employment for Chinese college students.
