Problems Existing in the Employment Guidance Teaching for College Students and the Countermeasures
Abstract
Employment guidance teaching, as an important part of higher education, is directly connected with college graduates' employment, which has an important effect on the cultivation of students' good employment concept. Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the problems in the current employment guidance teaching, this paper makes targeted explorations about how to effectively carry out employment guidance teaching for college students and puts forward the countermeasures.
