On the Role of Non-cognitive skills in the Transition to Workforce of Business Graduates and the Approaches of Training

Abstract


Non-cognitive skill is actually a kind of psychological quality, which plays an important role in the emotional mobilization and quality training of college students. In terms of the current employment situation of graduates of business sciences, they are facing huge challenges. The external influencing factor is the impact of economic transformation on the employment of students, while the internal influencing factor is mainly the impact of students’ own quality and career planning. This article mainly starts from the research of non-cognitive skill and analyzes its role and training methods in the transition from school to work of business graduates.
