Discussion on the Importance of Piano Chamber Music in College Piano Teaching

Abstract


With the progress of society and the enrichment of cultural life, people's appreciation of music is also increasing. But people still have a certain deviation in the understanding of the piano. As a professional practice course, piano lessons require students to be able to combine relevant theories and materials to correctly master playing skills, thereby improving their own musical quality. I think the piano is only suitable for solo, not for chamber music. In fact, the piano is suitable for all kinds of performances. Therefore, we should pay attention to the teaching of chamber music in piano teaching in colleges. Moreover, there are more and more students learning musical instruments in colleges and universities, and people are paying more and more attention to the cultivation of students' music quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should also change the traditional thinking, change the teaching mode, and strengthen the multi-faceted training of piano instruments.
