On the Construction Methods of Teacher Development Institutions in Newly Established Universities

Abstract


Teachers are the key elements to ensure the quality of teaching. It is of great practical significance to build a strong and excellent team of teachers, and to create a "teacher development institution" with high degree of specialization and complete functions, so as to enhance the school running strength and personnel training quality of newly established universities. This paper starts from the reality of the teacher development institutions in newly established universities, analyzes the necessity of their development in a deeper level, and finally puts forward the construction methods of teacher development institutions in newly established universities.
