Using Common Practical Elements to Cultivate Positive Teacher-student Relationship

Hua Sun

Abstract

The cultivation of teacher-student relationship plays a very important role and value in teaching work, and it is
also very important for the healthy development of students. In the past teacher-student relationship, people either
unilaterally emphasized the “teaching theory” and strengthened the role of teachers in the relationship, or separately
highlighted the “learning theory” and emphasized the importance of students. What this paper wants to explain is that the
relationship between teachers and students is a “double subject” relationship. Teaching is for learning, and learning needs
teaching. The two are the main bodies, interdependent and cooperate with each other to promote the development of
teaching work.
