Exploration of Software Engineering Talent Cultivation Based on Problem Orientation in the Construction of New Engineering Courses
Abstract
Software talent training has the characteristics of strong professionalism and high practical requirements.
Especially in the context of new engineering, the talent training of software engineering is facing great challenges. Starting
from the current university education. The training of engineering professionals has the problems of insufficient industry
counterpart, insufficient innovation of teaching models, lack of effectiveness of the teaching assessment system, and
insufficient training of practical ability. This article starts with the analysis of measures to clarify talent training goals,
innovate talent training methods, and improve the quality of professional teachers, and propose a project-driven organic
integration of theory and practice training, and an advanced software engineering practice training system. The proposed
software engineering talent training model can better adapt to the requirements of new engineering disciplines and improve
the quality of software engineering talent training.
