Xunzi believes that human’s natural nature is “evil”, and analyzes and discusses human’s natural nature of “evil”; He
put forward the ideal personality of “sage” and “gentleman” as the value target of education and teaching. He pointed out that through
education and learning, human nature can be transformed, human character can be improved, and human status and life prospects can also
be improved. He believes that respecting teachers and valuing education is of fundamental signifi cance for the future and destiny of the
country and the stable development of society. He emphasized that learning must be persistent; we must have a plan and do something and
do nothing; be modest, single-minded and calm. We should take “practice” as the ultimate goal and destination of learning.

Crying is a common way for children to express and vent their personal emotions, but this way will not only aff ect the
normal development of children's emotions, but also affect the emotional stability of parents, the smooth development of kindergarten
teacher education activities and other children's emotions. To be exact, crying is a way for children to express their self-awareness, which is
their nature. Forcing children to suppress their crying behavior will not only not stop them from crying, but also aff ect their normal physical
and mental development. This study analyzes the crying behavior of children aged 3-6 years old, looking for the causes of children's crying
behavior from multiple perspectives, and then guiding parents to scientifi cally respond to children's crying behavior.

In the context of the "the Belt and Road Initiative", it is of great signifi cance to actively promote the teaching of international
Chinese culture. The teaching of Chinese language and culture can not only promote the cultural exchanges and development of the
international community, but also is one of the important ways to establish the image of China. The teaching of international Chinese
culture should play a role as a platform, with the core goal of improving the soft power of Chinese culture, so that Chinese culture can go
global, thus enhancing the infl uence of Chinese culture in a wider space, forming more and deeper social consensus, and transforming it
into a national image. There are still many problems in teaching content and teaching philosophy of international Chinese culture teaching.
Under the call of the era of "telling Chinese stories well" by the Xi JinpingGeneral Secretary, teachers should combine the characteristics of
diff erent learners to carry out eff ective teaching optimization and reform, so that more people can truly understand and love Chinese culture.

Early childhood is the primary stage of the development of children’s abilities and personality, and preschool teachers

High end equipment manufacturing is a major industry that affects the core competitiveness of the country. Industrial
innovation, transformation and development put forward higher requirements for manufacturing talents. However, the current talent training
standard is diffi cult to keep up with the pace of industrial development, and students lack practical ability. The integration of production and

The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in application-oriented colleges and universities

With the advent of the “Internet Plus” era and the rapid development of information technology, English listening teaching
in universities should be further optimized. New teaching ideas and teaching methods need to be introduced, to better arouse students’
interest and English listening skills and strengthen the quality of teaching. First of all, this paper analyzes the current problems of listening
learning. Then the corresponding strategies of optimizing the path for English listening teaching in college are off ered: using information
technology, like MOOC and micro lecture; constructing listening context to cultivate listening ability; organizing classroom games to build a
complete knowledge system.

Peer review is an activity for revising writing by peers. It gets more and more attention in pedagogical use with the spread
of the popular student-centered idea. This paper focuses on peer review use in ESL/EFL writing classes. It reviews the recent papers from
three aspects: the eff ectiveness of peer review, the factors infl uencing its eff ectiveness and the necessary training for student reviewers.
Some limitations and implications are given in the fi nal part, aiming at help both teachers and students achieve better peer review eff ect and
pointing out the future research directions for the researchers in this area.
