The Introduction of the Special Issue In the world, waste production occurs at a considerable rate, and very few of them are recycled. It is important to improve recycling ways of ferrous and non-ferrous production industries wastes in order to reduce the damage to the environment and the economy. These industrial wastes can be reused in many other industry applications. For example industrial wastes coming from ferrous and non-ferrous has been reused in cement-concrete production, road construction, roofing, , waste water treatment, railway ballast and as a noise absorbing walls etc. Therefore industrialization is a key factor for any developing economy. However, it leads to serious environmental problems from a different point view. Growth in economy and production, urbanization, increase in population and economic welfare rising bring about ever- increasingly waste production. Increasing amounts of waste require the production without or as far as possible waste, recycling of waste and ultimately dispose of waste most accurately with regards to an economy and environment. So the special issue can be about recycling ways of ferrous and non-ferrous industry wastes for other industry applications.
