Abstract

The building of an important talent center in Henan Province is an important measure, which is the strategy not only to
further implement rejuvenating the province through science and education, innovation driving, and strengthening the province through
talents,but also the way of further realization of modernization acceleratedly. F ew studies have explored the necessity of constructing an
important talent center in Henan Province. This paper, by combing the historical background of the national advocacy of the building of an
important talent center, identifi es the problems, and deduces the macro and micro necessity of the building of an important talent center in
Henan Province.
