In this paper, Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College of transportation management students as the research
object, grasp the focus of students’ ideological and political education, in-depth study of students’ physical and mental characteristics,
always put the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in the fi rst place, actively promote the fi ve education, combined
with the characteristics of the railway industry and students, Explore the way of training students’ comprehensive quality based on the “fi ve
education” of railway vocational college, aiming to promote the formation of a higher level of personnel training system, in order to achieve
the internal unity of morality, intelligence, physical beauty, labor and fi ve education and human comprehensive development, and improve
the quality of personnel training.
