Research on music performing art education management in universities
Abstract
With the deepening of the reform of higher education, in the practice of college music and art education, teachers have
gradually realized the importance of the reform of education and management work. Music art education undertakes the heavy responsibility
of cultivating music art talents. Under the background of the new era, it also attaches more importance to the training of practical talents
and innovates the educational management work and teaching methods. Based on this, this paper will focus on college music art education
management research, explore eff ective education management, teaching work strategies.
