Abstract

With the continuous development of digital technology and the rise of digital economy, big data platform has become an
important part of various public welfare projects. This paper analyzes linear measures of public welfare project, using the “Internet +”
to build a combination of online second-hand books change hands platform, for children in poor areas of intellectual support, spiritual
enlightenment, let the children feel the warmth of love, give full play to the role of college students in the national poverty to be completed.
