The eff ective integration path of artisan spirit training and higher vocational ideological and political education
Abstract
vocational education. The eff ective integration of the two can not only improve the vocational quality of higher vocational students, train
more talents with innovative ability and practical spirit for the society, but also promote the brand development of higher vocational
education. In ideological and political education, we should pay attention to the mutual integration of the two, so as to create better
conditions for students to achieve ideological development. Based on this, this paper fi rst analyzes the core elements of craftsman spirit and
the interactive relationship between craftsman spirit training and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and then
analyzes the eff ective integration path of the two from diff erent perspectives based on the author’s practical experience, in order to provide
references for colleagues.
