Research on the two-way integration mode between teachers and counselors of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on students’ sense of gain

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to explore the two-way integration model of college ideological and political course teachers
and counselors based on students’ sense of gain. Through the research on the teaching eff ect of ideological and political course teachers
and counselors in colleges and universities, it is found that there are some defi ciencies in the current ideological and political education
students’ sense of gain. In order to improve students’ sense of gain in ideological and political education, this study puts forward a two-way
integration mode of countermeasures and suggestions, so as to enhance students’ learning interest in ideological and political courses and
daily participation in ideological and political education, and improve their learning eff ect and comprehensive quality. This study has certain
reference signifi cance for the teaching practice of ideological and political courses and the work of ideological and political education.
