new old-age service situation is gradually taking shape. In the process of development, it is bound to need high-quality endowment service
talents to take care of the life of the elderly. As an important foundation for the supply of talents, vocational colleges should actively play
their own role, be self-suffi cient in the development of the fi eld, and cultivate talents with a strong sense of responsibility and a high sense of
professional identity. However, as far as the current talent training results are concerned, higher vocational colleges still have more areas to
be improved. Based on this, this paper explores how to improve the professional identity of senior service professionals, in order to improve
the quality of talent training and help the high-quality development of China’s senior service industry.
