Research on teaching design of community social work courses in local colleges and universities under ADDIE model

Abstract


Teaching design is a systematic and basic teaching research and teaching practice. This paper tries to build the logic of
community social work teaching design program based on ADDIE teaching model. Through five steps of learning situation analysis,
curriculum design, curriculum development, teaching implementation, evaluation and improvement, it re-defi nes the multiple relationships
and key points between teaching and learning in curriculum reform. In order to provide reference for promoting the teaching reform of
community social work curriculum and improving the quality of talent training.
