Abstract

the energy supply capability has been remarkably enhanced; it makes the good results in saving energy resources and raising effi ciency;
consumption structure were optimized; the devel opment of science and technology and environmental protected made progress; also, market
environment improved step by step. Currently, Chinese energy consumption has ranked second in the world.
