Abstract


There is a widespread phenomenon of reconstruction and neglect of management, aiming at a series of problems existing
in the construction and management of professional groups.It is necessary to discuss the problems from the perspective of target leading
mechanism, organization leading mechanism, consultation ,guidance and the monitoring and evaluation mechanism.The management
and operation of the construction, the construction of the curriculum system of the specialty group, the quality evaluation, and a good
management mechanism for major group construction of Nanjing can be used as an example for similar schools to learn from, so as to
improve the quality of high vocational education for fi ve years.
