Abstract

With the development of economy and society, there is an increasing demand for high-quality and skilled talents in all walks
of life. As a part of the vocational education reform in the new era, Green Valley Artisan Project aims to train a group of highly skilled and
high-quality artisan talents to meet the needs of modern industrial development. With the theme of “Focusing on ‘Green Valley Craftsman’
project to create high-quality services for Lishui’s economic and social development in the new era”, this paper combined with the
characteristics and practice of Green Valley Craftsman project, and discussed the design and implementation of skill talent training program
for Green Valley craftsman, research on innovative talent training mode, formulation of eff ective incentive mechanism and innovation of
training and cultivation operation mechanism. In order to provide reference for promoting vocational education reform and promoting local
economic and social development.
