With all kinds of ethical risks brought about by the use of artifi cial intelligence technology, we conduct ethical refl ection on it. The
Chinese government has always adhered to the principle of putting people fi rst in smart technology governance and promoted the use of
technology. We hope to provide Chinese wisdom and solutions for countries around the world to realize a harmonious society in the smart
