The significance of professional ethics cultivation in promoting teachers’ development

Abstract


The cultivation of teachers’ professional ethics plays an important role in promoting teachers’ own development and
the development of education. Combined with some related social phenomena, this paper carefully analyzes the signifi cance of teacher
professional ethics cultivation for teachers’ career and mission, the needs of the development of The Times and the promotion of teachers’
self-improvement, and expounds the importance of teacher professional ethics cultivation from many aspects. And put forward the relevant
methods to improve the professional ethics of teachers on the basis of seeking trut h from facts, serving the people as the principle, to
improve the moral cognition level of educators, etc., to provide a reference for the teacher group and relevant educators.
