With the continuous progress of society, our country has obtained many achievements in the field of biotechnology,
achieved rapid development. At the same time of rapid progress in science and technology, the importance of strengthening the science and
technology service concept and enhancing the effi ciency of science and technology management is also becoming more important. However,
in actual work, many enterprises still have many shortcomings in science and technology management, which restricts the rapid and stable
development of science and technology. Based on this, this paper takes biotechnology companies as an example to explore the specifi c
strategies to strengthen the concept of science and technology service and improve the effi ciency of science and technology management,
hoping to provide valuable references for relevant personnel.
