The path to build employment-oriented talent training model for fi nancial management major in higher vocational colleges

Abstract

With the rapid development of our country’s social economy, enterprises’ demand for fi nancial management professionals
continues to improve. At present, in the training of financial management professionals in higher vocational colleges, we are faced
with the practical problems of disconnection between the curriculum system, practical training plan, teaching content and employment
positions, which leads to the diffi cult situation of employment for fi nancial management students. Therefore, teachers should deepen their
understanding of the concept of employment-oriented education, and in view of the problems faced in personnel training and teaching
reform at the present stage, promote the optimization of fi nancial management professional personnel training through the construction of
curriculum system, the construction of practical training bases, the integration of post course competition and certifi cate, and the training
of dual-qualified teachers, etc. To cultivate compound talents with outstanding professional skills, excellent practical ability and solid
comprehensive knowledge for enterprises.
