Abstract

the excellent education experience of educators. The practice of educator spirit in colleges and universities is helpful to guide teachers to
cultivate spiritual motivation and create a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education; It is conducive to practicing the
core socialist values and promoting the formation of a positive trend, which has important theoretical and practical signifi cance.
