and marketing of agricultural products in Liaoning Province is facing new opportunities and challenges, posing higher requirements
for talents engaged in this fi eld. Strengthening the development of the talent pool for connecting agricultural production and marketing
not only helps to enhance the efficiency and quality of this connection but also serves as a crucial aspect in promoting the upgrading
of the agricultural industry in Liaoning Province, enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products in the market, and achieving
comprehensive rural revitalization. This research aims to analyze the current situation and issues in the development of the talent pool for
connecting agricultural production and marketing in Liaoning Province, propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions, provide robust
talent support for the connection between production and marketing of agricultural products, ensure efficient, smooth, and diversified
development of agricultural product circulation, and inject strong impetus into comprehensive rural revitalization.
