An exploration of senior high school education management mode: Based on the perspective of strengthening moral education and cultivating people

Abstract


With the deepening of education reform, senior high school education management should be further optimized, teachers
should actively introduce new management ideas and management methods, in order to further improve the eff ect of education management.
As an important educational thought today, the integration of moral education into education management can greatly enrich the content of
education management, broaden the management path, and is of great signifi cance to improve the quality of education management work. In
view of this, this article will analyze the senior high school education management mode based on the perspective of like educating people
and put forward some strategies for your colleagues’ reference.
