Analysis of the market-oriented operation mode of Shenzhen Art Museum

Abstract


This article explores the current situation and future development path of the market-oriented operation model of Shenzhen
Art Museum. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the Chinese art museum industry as a whole, Shenzhen Art Museum has
unique geographical and market advantages, a huge potential consumer group, and an active cultural atmosphere. However, as a fully
funded public institution, the museum still faces challenges such as insuffi cient independent operation capability and weak profi tability. This
paper analyzes the future development direction of Shenzhen Art Museum from the perspectives of the current operation status, development
advantages, and operational model, the Shenzhen Art Museum is expected to enhance its independent "blood making" ability, and achieve a
sustainable market-oriented operation model, providing experience and reference for other art museums.
