The Practical Exploration of R esearch-Oriented Teaching in the Teaching of Semiconductor Device Principal Course
Abstract
is one of the important measures. But what is the research-oriented teaching, where the emphasis is placed, how to adjust the emphasis in
the face of diff erent professional courses are worth teachers to think and summarize. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to
carry out research-oriented teaching in the professional courses of semiconductor devices, such as increasing the design and creative content
in the homework of each chapter, and trying to give their own design ideas according to the existing device structure and the latest research
literature. It is hoped that this will promote the development of research-oriented teaching in science and engineering education, integrate
the isolated problems of “research” and “teaching”, and make a modest contribution to the cultivation of outstanding reserve forces for the
country.
