A research review of the risk causes of stock price collapse
Abstract
internationally, with agency theory and behavioral fi nance as the main research frameworks. Scholars have explored the infl uencing factors
of stock price collapse risk from both the market and company levels, forming a relatively systematic and comprehensive research result.
This article focuses on reviewing relevant literature, summarizing the infl uencing factors of stock price collapse risk, and based on this,
proposing prospects for future research directions.
