Research on contract management and risk control of construction units under new business conditions

Abstract

With the continuous development of the construction industry to the digital, intelligent and green direction, construction
units are facing new challenges in contract management and risk control. In this paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the
contract management of construction units under the new format, the main challenges of contract management are discussed, including the
complexity of the main structure of the contract, the specialization of the contract content, and the diversifi cation of the contract risk. On this
basis, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as improving the contract management system, enhancing the professional
level of the contract management team, strengthening the ability of contract review and negotiation. At the same time, from the aspects of
strengthening contract risk assessment and management, introducing the third-party risk bearing mechanism, and establishing a perfect risk
emergency response mechanism, this paper discusses the risk control measures of the construction unit in the new form of business, aiming
to provide valuable reference for the construction unit in the contract management and risk control under the new situation.
