Analysis of Legal Risk Identification and Prevention Strategy of College Students’ Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Civil and Commercial Law

Abstract

In the era of digital economy, various industries have embarked on the path of innovative development and transformation
and upgrading. A large number of innovative and entrepreneurial opportunities have emerged in the society. Coupled with the national policy
support for college students’ entrepreneurship, more and more college students put their entrepreneurial ideas into practice.Restricted by
social experience, college students’ entrepreneurial projects face multiple legal risks, such as contract disputes, labor disputes, intellectual
property rights, etc., which hinder the process of entrepreneurial projects.Based on the perspective of civil and commercial law,starting from
the successful entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial competitiveness and entrepreneurial ecology,this paper expounds the necessity of identifying
and preventing legal risks for college students,analyzes the four common legal risks in college students’ entrepreneurship,and focuses on
actively learning legal knowledge,increasing policy assistance,paying attention to campus law popularization and publicity,and providing
legal assistance to the society,discusses the legal risk prevention strategies for college students’ entrepreneurship,and provides reference for
college students’ entrepreneurial project incubation.
