Research on Educational leaders’ Innovative Strategies for the dissemination of Chinese Stories in the Process of Internationalization
Abstract
This paper discusses the strategies of educational leaders in telling Chinese stories to international students under the
background of internationalization. Through the analysis of cultural integration, practical activities, teacher training and other measures,
the aim is to promote international students’ in-depth understanding and identifi cation of China, enhance the eff ect of cultural exchange and
communication, provide useful reference for cultural exchange in the process of education internationalization, and focus on the innovative
strategies of educational leaders in the process of internationalization to spread Chinese stories. This paper analyzes the current challenges
faced by the communication of Chinese stories, expounds the key role of educational leadership and the innovative strategies that can be
adopted. From the theoretical basis, current situation analysis to the innovative strategy and conclusion outlook, this paper comprehensively
discusses the ways and methods of educational leadership in the communication of Chinese stories, and makes positive contributions to
strengthening the construction of China’s international communication capacity
