Research on operation status and improvement strategy of Meishan Medical Dispute People’s Mediation Committee

Abstract


In recent years, in the practice of medical dispute handling, people’s mediation has become more and more important
in solving medical disputes. Taking Meishan People’s Mediation Committee for medical disputes as an example, this paper expounds
its operation status and existing problems, and puts forward the need to improve the medical risk sharing mechanism, strengthen the
professionalism of people’s mediation for medical disputes, broaden the funding guarantee channels, and improve credibility and
independence.
